Maintaining updated digital profiles on job platforms is equally vital. “Your online presence is often an employer’s first impression,” Kyle adds. By highlighting experience and adaptability, older workers can counter age bias and emphasize their value. While challenges remain, the post-pandemic shift toward flexibility and skill-based hiring offers hope.
