Malaysia is taking steps towards integrating cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology into its financial ecosystem. During the Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week (ADSW) 2025, Malaysian Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim met with officials from the UAE and representatives of Binance to discuss a policy framework that could position Malaysia as a significant player in the Web3 and digital finance landscape.
